When you’re close to the work, it can be hard to see what needs to change. We help you identify the gaps, decide where to focus, and put a practical plan into action with your team.
You can bring the recurring problem, even if you don’t know what the solution should be.
Get the kind of support your business needs.
Advice, training, and implementation often work best together. We’ll help you find the right starting point and agree on what’s useful before building anything.
Advisory
Work out where to focus.
We look at how the work moves through your business, where people lose time, and which tools are helping or getting in the way.
Our hands-on workshops give your team a chance to practice with familiar tasks and tools. You can join a session or bring a workshop to your team, tailored to the work they do.
The first problem often sounds like an everyday frustration. These are examples of the kinds of work we can look at together.
Leads and follow-ups keep slipping.
Look at how inquiries come in, who responds, and how the next step gets tracked, so moving a conversation forward depends less on someone remembering it.
Reporting takes too much copying and pasting.
Review how information gets collected and checked, then find a more repeatable way to prepare the updates your team needs.
The same office tasks keep coming back.
Walk through the handoffs, reminders, and double entry to work out where a clearer process or a simple automation could help.
People have tools they don’t feel confident using.
Find out what people need to get done and build practical training around those tasks, rather than asking everyone to learn a tool in the abstract.
What we work with
Let’s make more of the tools you already have.
We start by looking at what your team uses and where the work gets stuck. That might mean getting more from a familiar tool, connecting a few steps, or choosing something that fits better.
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
Notion
Zapier
n8n
These are examples, not a shopping list. You don’t need every tool, and AI won’t be the answer to every problem.
Questions you might have before we talk.
You don’t need to understand every tool or have a project planned before getting in touch. Here are a few things that may help you find your starting point.
Do we need to know what we want before we talk?
No. Part of our work is helping you see where time is going, where the handoffs break down, and which gaps are worth addressing. You can start with a recurring frustration rather than a solution.
What’s the difference between workshops and business support?
Workshops give individuals and groups a chance to learn through practice. Business support looks more closely at how your organization works and can include advice, team training, implementation, and ongoing help.
Can you help us identify the gaps?
Yes. We look at the work, the people involved, and the tools you use to understand where things get stuck. Then we help you prioritize a practical starting point rather than trying to change everything at once.
Will we have to switch software?
We start with what you already use and pay for. If another tool would fit better, we’ll explain the tradeoffs and agree on the approach with you.
Is this all about AI?
AI is one of the tools we work with. Sometimes a clearer process, a better handoff, or a simple automation is the more useful answer.
What if our team has different levels of experience?
That’s a normal starting point. Training can meet people where they are, using familiar tasks and time to practice, so nobody needs to arrive as an expert.
How do you handle sensitive business information?
We discuss the information a task involves, who should have access, and which tools are appropriate before using it. Some work may need different controls, or may be better handled without AI.
What happens after something is set up?
We help your team learn how to use the new approach and support them as questions come up. We’ll agree on the support and scope before the work begins.
The good part of your day.
Let’s find a useful place to start so you and your team have more time for the work you enjoy.
